GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email where you can view the status.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipment. Once the order status is "Preparing for Shipment," "Shipped," or "Delivered," no further changes are possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two main payment methods:

In what currency will I be billed?
All our transactions are processed in US dollars. If your credit or debit card is in a different currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate of your chosen currency, depending on the website you are visiting.
Do you offer the option of paying in 3 or 4 installments?
We accept payments in 3 installments.
SHIPPING
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payment is accepted via PayPal and credit card.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
After receiving your order, processing typically takes 3 to 7 days.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
How can I track my package?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that allows you to check the status of your shipment.
What happens if I am not home?
If you are not home, another delivery attempt will be made the following day, or the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. This depends on the destination country and the shipping method you selected.
If your package cannot be delivered, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased from our online shop.
- The item must be unused.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To request a return, please contact our customer service.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges. The same conditions apply as for returns.
To request an exchange, please inform our customer service that you would like to exchange your item for a different one.
Are returns free? To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain the return address. Once you have the address, pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return an item and the reason is not due to an error on the part of adongdong.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return? Returns are confirmed within 14 days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a refund, exchange, or credit note within 14 days of processing by our customer service.
